I live in Cumbria and live close to the northern Lakes. For the last 15 years has been walking the Cumbrian fells with great regularity, and in retirement I also seek out lost histories of the fells and surrounding (mainly) Cumbrian area. I hope the accounts enhance the experience of others visiting the fells and valleys, as they walk through those histories.
